Terry Wenger-President

 

31 years of experience in excavation, gravel installation and laying asphalt.  Founded Tri-County Paving Inc. in 1986.

 

Dustin Gradel-Vice President

 

19 years of experience in excavation, gravel installation and laying asphalt.  Dustin also has his Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to his role as Vice President, Dustin specializes in Athletic Complexes (tracks, tennis courts, field event construction)

Jerry Wall-Project Manager

 

Over 30 years of experience in excavation, gravel installation and laying asphalt.  Jerry specializes in driveways in Dane and surrounding counties.

 

Curtis Cook-Project Manager

 

14 years experience in land surveying.  Curt also has his Associate Degree in Civil Engineering.  Curt specializes in complete excavation work, surveying and commercial parking lots.

Merle Drager-Project Manager

 

Merle has 25 years experience in general construction and joined our team in 2005. Merle specializes in driveways and commercial parking lots.

Wayne Hermanson-Project Manager

 

Wayne has 8 years experience in excavation, gravel installation, asphalt and bridge membrane.  He now specializes in soil stabilization, pulverizing and milling.

Ryan has several years experience in general construction and is the newest member of our team.  He specializes in street construction, commercial parking lots and driveways.
